Cancellation policy

• You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity starts
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• If you’ve participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can’t be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
